I’m all about capturing the real, raw, and beautiful moments of your wedding day. My style is modern, natural and heartfelt, with a dash of fun and a sprinkle of magic.
I’m a big believer that weddings should be about joy, laughter, and celebrating your love in a way that feels uniquely you. My mission? To make sure your photos reflect all of that, from the teary vows to the epic dance moves at your reception.

Hey, I'm Ellen!
Hertfordshire wedding photographer. Serial tea drinker, lover of nanna naps, and adventure seeker.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me tucking into a good book or planning my next travel adventure with my partner, Shawn. But I’m also a little bit of a home bird, my family means a lot to me. I’m an incredibly proud Auntie and my Nan is my partner in crime!
I’m obsessed with Harry Potter, so if you tell me you’re a fan we’ll be best friends! I love to dance, I can’t help but move when I hear music. I’ve been known to sing and dance behind my camera lens while I catch your awesome dance moves at the reception! Especially if Whitney’s “I wanna dance with somebody” plays – who doesn’t get up and dance to that song?! Oh, and I’m a bit of a softie. If there’s a heartfelt speech at your wedding, I’ll probably be snapping photos through happy tears.

My approach is a mix of documentary photography and natural posing. I’ll capture the candid, unposed moments as they happen—the laughs, the hugs, the happy tears. And when it’s time for portraits, I’ll guide you with easy prompts so you’ll feel comfortable and connected.

The first step is getting in touch! Fill out my contact form and tell me all about your wedding plans. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours (don’t forget to check your junk folder just in case!). I’ll send over my brochure, and we can set up a video call to chat properly. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we’re the perfect fit!

You're all booked!
Yay! You’ve decided I’m the right photographer for you—let’s lock in your date! I’ll send you a contract and invoice, and once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is secured. You’ll also receive helpful tips to make the planning process even smoother.

Planning & support
I’m here for more than just the photos! Whether you need timeline advice, supplier recommendations, or just someone to get excited with, I’ve got you. We’ll also schedule a final pre-wedding chat around a month before to go over all the details, so you can feel completely relaxed and ready for the big day.

Engagement Shoot (Optional)
If you’ve chosen a pre-wedding shoot, we’ll pick the perfect location and date for it. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera, and you’ll walk away with some beautiful, relaxed photos before the big day arrives.

Your wedding!
The day you’ve been dreaming about is finally here! My job is to capture every moment—from the morning nerves to the epic dancefloor celebrations—so you can relive it all for years to come. I’ll be there, blending in, capturing all the magic while keeping things fun and relaxed.

Sneak Peeks & Final Gallery
I know you’ll be dying to see your photos, so within a week of your wedding, I’ll send over a sneak peek gallery with some of my favourite shots! Then, 8-10 weeks later, you’ll receive your full gallery—ready to download, share, and treasure forever.
